A silo with a continuous
mixer is the perfect solution for production of mortar from pre-mixed
dry mortar. |
|
The
continuous mixer ensures optimal utilisation of the different pre-mixed
materials.

|
The
consistency can be changed from fluid to earthmoist by changing the
amount of water.
The mortar quantity is controlled by means of the timer. |

A worm
delivers the pre-mixed material into the mixing tube, water
is added, and the result is a homogeneous wet mortar. |

The silo
is filled with material from big bags.
Clumps of
pre-mix are catched in the wire basket.
|
|
Only the wet part of the
continuous mixer is cleaned daily. |

The dry
part of the mixer is cleaned as needed. |

|
Water
heater and flush hose are available as accessories. |

The legs
are pushed up during transport. |
